Tiny Deck
April 19, 2008Ok, I lied… it’s not that tiny but it is attached to Tiny House on Podcaster Island. I decided to add a deck there where people could hang out, watch video podcasts, listen to music, dance if they feel like it, sit in the pool, and generally have something to do while they wait for the next beachball to come along (Mac owners know what I mean). Note: this is a work in progress.
There’s an upper deck area that I want to make into kind of a DJ platform.
It has a pool on the opposite end of the deck.
It’s pretty much going to be bigger than Tiny House.
There should always be a couple friends hanging around to talk to.
It’s obviously not done yet and I’m debating making it fixed, or rezzable as needed. Either way, adding that to the playground toys in the NW corner of the plot, there should be something to keep wanderers interested for a second or two.

You really want people hanging out in your backyard? It
Nika Dreamscape | April 19, 2008You really want people hanging out in your backyard? It does look cool, I’ll have to come over and check it out this weekend.
It looks like there is even enough room to land a helicopter.

radarmasukami | April 19, 2008anima: the heron and the pelican are courtesy of chug! she sought those out. i love ‘em.
nika: ummm. depends on WHO, maybe and HOW they plan on showing up. but otherwise yes, the reason the video podcast player is there and the “game room” cloud used to be above the parcel was for people to use and wander in and out. but no one ever really has. plus i get bored and this sounded like it might come in handy for little gatherings of friends. not to mention so that anima can pretend she’s not in the arctic
